Hot weather helping or not ?
is this hot weather is helping your diet ( eating salads etc ) or you want to eat ice cream and drink cocktails all day long ?

It helps me for definite. I try to choose healthier options and always tend to walk more when the sun is shining.

I'm not too bad with BBQs cos I don't eat meat, so I stick to veggie kebabs and dips! But I used to always go overboard on burgers and hot dogs!

It's a nightmare in ours, OH won't touch veg and the kids can ve really fussy! I either end up making 2 meals every night or he'll have a pot noodle or something minging out a tin! I wanted to do it again for ages before I actually did, but thought it would be too hard! Then I realised we rarely ate the same things anyway! Even spag Bol was 2 separate meals cos he won't eat onions!

Tezzy could you not do red days when your having a BBQ? That's what a friend of mine does. Not exactly sure what she eats though
