Hot weather helping or not?

Colin is the same, wont eat onions or any veg really *sigh*

When he works away we eat veggie but its seriously not worth making two meals a night when hes home... itd cause a riot LOL

My OH prefers food out of a tin, think stewing steak, minced beef and Heinz spag Bol he even thought baked beans were pasta! Theyre a nightmare aren't they!!

I just want BBQ food every day in this weather ... good job we have no gas

This week ive been good, it hasnt bothered me one bit. Last week i ate for England!

I tend to eat better in the summer overall, but ice cream is a definite weakness. It's just so cool and yummy in the heat.

I actually eat salads Monday through Friday for lunch. The only thing the hot summer has given me is a better excuse to wake up earlier and head out to workout before I come back to get ready for work. Being able to beat the heat is a good way to avoid getting overheated when I am out on the trails.

I'm finding it quite difficult. For some reason I've always dieted much better in the winter!

I love having a bbq. The food always tastes nicer. Not to mention grilling is healthier. I think as a rule I eat better in the summer because of all the salads & bbq's. Buuuut I think maybe I undo all that because of all the shandys LMAO.

I've been living off bowls of cereal and lolly ices.
