Like a cheat meal?

I don't count cals so have no clue on what I'm consuming.

Yeah that sort of thing. But perhaps only works if you're restricting certain things?

Your not trying hard enough, cut out the crap in-between meals. Up the excercise, if you don't excercise then start! If you do, then increase intensity for short periods. Drink less fizzy or alcohol, drink more water, it fills you up and is low in calories. Look at your diet, improve it by 20%, ( reduce calories or fat by 20% ) . Good Luck!

Water Aerobics great exercise for swimmers and non swimmers alike low stress high impact fat burning work out. you really can sweat it out in a swimming pool......
