Lose 10 lbs. in 1 mo.
Is this possible? Any suggestion on how? I'm thinking of no-rice diet. What do you think, guys? Sadly, I'm too busy to exercise.

No, not yet. Looked up their site but what do they really do? Are they like online dieticians?

I think it depends ... it is possible but for me that kind of weight drop was at the beginning when I was bigger. Detoxing will help.
Detox from dairy (apart from eggs, goat cheese, natural greek yog) , wheat, grains, processed and long life foods. Eat good fats, plenty of water daily ...

i think you will always drop alot in the first month, i went right down to 10 stone something last year and when i first properly started to try i lost over half a stone in a week by drinking lots of water and cutting carbs. Then it gets harder after the bloat has gone! I like slimfast for a quick loss, but i find it hard to continue with the diet.

I think it is doable if you are at the start of your weight loss journey. I lost a lot at first but it is harder later on or if you don't have a lot to lose as your body seems to hang on to it more. Good luck

Oh I can't drink slimfast, does it not leave a taste in your mouth for a couple of hours and awful burps with after taste?

Try the Tesco ones, they are nice and nicely affordable in handy handbag sachets too. I found them nicer in all flavours any way if you ever fancied a change although I would also advise what I was an if doable £ wise a better protein shake instead.
I liked celebrity slim also but more £!
Yak @ lumpy shakes! x
