I grow tomatoes, beans, and few other veggies in my kitchen garden. This helps me save some cash, which I can use to buy fruits.
I grow my own stuff too, and I have a few fruit trees scattered around. It is much cheaper growing your own food because fresh produce at the groceries is too expensive. I feel the pinch whenever I am away from home and have to buy everything, and the I find that the unhealthy junk food is more affordable.
