Do you plan every meals days in advance or you wait the last minute ?
Do you exercice first thing in the morning or schedule days in advance your workouts or do you want always report it for tomorrow

i think i am kind of in the middle ! with kids sometimes you want to be a Doer but end up to be a procrastinator as i just dont have to fit time for myself ! but then again kids sometimes its just a good excuse to be lazy !
