I definitely think there's a link! I feel so much better about everything since I lost weight! I used to suffer really badly with depression too, which hasn't been an issue recently!

I do find as well wgen I have crap weeks, I feel generally crap about myself, like ATM I'm really bloated and it does really knock my confidence!

That is an interesting study. I find I'm happier and more confident at a lower weight. Also when I'm in the swing of eating healthily and exercising I feel so much more happier and in control of everything. I really need to get back on track as I want that feeling back!

My confidence has slowly started to come back as ive lost weight, plus a gradual improvement in my mental health. Im sleeping less, have more energy

Thanks for posting this link. Increasing study, this will really make me think more about what I eat and the decisions I take.
