I had the same probs with massive food cravings all the time. Read a book on the Zoe Harcombe diet. Claims lot of our bad cravings are caused by a bacteria called Candida that hijack part of our bodies hunger systems and our brain gets the message to eat yeasty sugary foods. She offers a simple 7 day diet that reduces it and pretty much fixes the cravings. I was doing that when first joined this board
