Great stuff I'll try some of those 💪🙌 ...my belly seems to of gone down a bit as I was always bloated before still flabby tho long way to go but looking at the pictures I've been taking ...but the scales just don't seem to be budging 😨 I don't get it and I've been really strict with my self xx

Try reducing carbohydrate intake after 3pm. Supplement evening carbs with an extra portion of veg and DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Good luck! message me if you have anymore questions
