Mine was 45% Craver, 42% Feaster, 13% emotional. Kind of makes sense since my therapy helped resolve the emotional side. Recommended for me the 5:2 Fast. Try to eat healthy 5 days without calorie counting. Have 2 days 600-800 cals fasting. Might work as I normally get bored but 2 days every so often should be a doddle

Hi MissBelle, have done a few short fasts. Nothing longer than 7 days. Always had good results and ideal prediet kick start. Those days when you think cant manage without foodx you already have disproved the thought. I probably need to do something like that to get me started on losing weight again. Have a 9 day holiday coming up soon will have a look into some, thanks.

PaulB did you try? I don't think I could, I tried once and failed, it was awful self punishment of some sort? I have friends who love it though. I guess it is only for some. How did you get on over your holiday?
Mamamia1 I think most of us here (all?) do too lol

sorry didn't respond to this. Sometimes I forget where I've posted Didn't do fast but am on a kind of one now. Doing the Master Cleanse or Lemon Detox. So far have dropped 19 lbs in past 4 days with no real issues other than getting bored of syrup drink, lol.
