Christmas - Too much YUMMY food!

It's a bad time of year for being good ... can you do it? Are you coping?

The shops are full of Christmas goodies the kind that expand the waist Are you guys resisting? I have bought many of these goodies and locked them in the garage so I don't eat them then buy again ...

I know what you mean! There is so much temptation around at the moment, and I'm not doing very well with resisting at all! I've eaten so many Cadburys Heroes already this weekend

I have refrained from making all my goodies this year. However, that doesn't stop me from tasting and sampling other people's goodies. I guess that's better than eating bunches isn't it?

I don't abstain from holiday indulgences, but I pick and choose my treats. If you stay away from all things yummy, you're setting yourself up for failure, in my opinion. You'll just make yourself feel deprived.

I have a really hard time not eating all the holiday goodies that are around too. Then to make matters worse, I have all these people that I work with and family members that are baking this weekend. So I'm sure when Monday morning rolls around I am going to be knee-deep into those delectable desserts. I just might have to try what you suggest and put them into the garage. Out of sight, out of mind. Right?

I've been trying my best to be good, especially after Thanksgiving. I seem to retain weight more in the colder months, so I try to be choosy about what sweets I eat. So far, I've been doing well. It helps that I keep myself full on good, filling things so I don't feel the urge to snack.
