Do you ever have a rubbish workout?
I did everything I was planning on doing, and usually finish all made up, positive and pumped etc, but come out of the gym feeling crap and a bit deflated this evening. Just couldn't get into the swing of it!
Maybe I need a rest day, as I've gone the last 3 days and hammered it

I cannot workout in the evening, If I go on the bike on the morning and evening and compare the distance I will do HALF in the evening what I can do in the morning
So now I try to do it or the cross trainer in the middle of the day. First thing would be better but the kids are on their holidays and mornings are manic! X

I generally work out in the evening with work etc. I feel like I'd be the opposite to you and do less thru the day! I'm not a daytime person

It makes sense as you're really fighting against your natural body clock. When you should be resting/unwinding you're making your body work and most times mine hates it so now I do it during the day/morning but make it count Even 20 minutes giving it welly is better than a struggling 40 minutes worth

Yeah i suppose so! On days where I'm in.work.earlier there's not much i can do about it but i'm sure that bit of effort to get there in the morning will be well worth it
