Helloooooo :)

I've been moving and not an easy move but I am back a bit heavier again granted but back

No idea where my scales are but I'd guess a stone back on very bloated though and on my way back to good.

We were in a caravan then a holiday cottage but convenience of eating out or easy was what happened, I'm sure had I been exercising the damage would have been half but no point moaning I did it and know I can get it back off so I will be going back to my weight loss journal.

Since we've moved it's been very busy, lots to do to house and not really unpacked while we organise all that and await our floor fitting date ... Really impatient right now but I've been to the local gym and will be joining soon. I've also ordered a reebok zr10 treadmill, 5kg & 7.5kg kettles bell then some dumbbell weights for at home, eventually I'll be converting the garage into a mini gym.

Well the forward plan is there so now to get back on it

Oh dear Wobbles sounds like you have had a slightly crazy time of it! Sounds like you have it sorted to get back to it at least you know you can? I just came back for a nose as I've gained 5lbs I haven't been thinking about what I eat.

Hi! It sounds like you've been so busy! I'm not surprised you have been off track when you've had so much to deal with. Moving is stressful and your experience sounded like a nightmare! You will do great with getting back on track and you'll get used to getting back into those good habits again.

It's great you're planning to eventually turn the garage into a gym. I would love a gym at home!!

Looks like I added more than I thought I'm so disgusted with myself ... Back to the diet journal for me. I don't feel I can excuse it!

Garage will be working progress but the TM does need to go out there. I've half set it up and today moved the boxes out of that room into the garage for now, half unpacked waiting on kitchen being done and flooring but the boxes were driving me mad!

Did you go off track befit?

nope i doing it very well...started with Kate pregnancy at 165 pounds ( its were i was when i got pregnant ! I was at 188 before my healthy journey ...) as today a year later I am at 158 pounds so I am pretty please with myself !

Want to be in the 150/ 155 pounds average so almost there!

but I have to said I weight myself everyday...think that help to keep myself in track a bit !

Sure once you back at it your weight will shed fast you know exactly what to do

I weighed myself every day and only just found my scales last week after near 2 months and batteries in today. True weight will be taken in the morning.

You've done amazing

Lots of water and green tea for me, I'm going to detox a little next week too which should really help. I'm bloated badly.
