Water...cold or room temperature?
We all know that we need to drink at least eight glasses of water today but how do you drink your water? Do you drink it cold or do you drink it room temperature? I have an easier time drinking it at room temperature, but I have heard that it boosts your metabolism to drink it cold.

I start off cold but I tend to keep mine in containers that will not let it get too warm when it is out on my desk (during work hours). When I am on my bike I am using a Camelbak and depending on the weather I will keep it cooler with ice cubes since I sometimes spray off with it on the trail too.

I only like ice cold water but I don't like ice in it. I won't drink it if it is room temperature or not really cold. I have several bottles of water at work. I switch them if one gets too warm.

Depends. If I'm really hot, I go for icy water. Otherwise, I don't mind it at room temperature. Sometimes a tall glass of ice water can make me feel too cold!

I like my water to be really cold, especially if I am really thirsty!

I love this plastic drinking glass I have. You put it in the freezer and the liquid in the outside freezes, so when you put your water in it makes it nice and cold without needing to use ice cubes. Only cost £1 too!

I have sensitive teeth so cold water doesn't work well for me. I keep a jug of spring water on my kitchen counter and fill up my glass from it throughout the day. When I'm out and about, I take liter bottles of spring water with me, as they're easier to manage than a one gallon jug.

It's from Uk Bargains in Runcorn. You can probably get them from any shop like Poundland or Home Bargains though
