I am trying to eat more salad (green leafy salad). I'm getting sick of Italian dressing. What other kinds are good to eat? By good I don't mean tasty, I mean good (healthy).

I love balsamic.

Could make your own with various things like vinegar, balsamic, garlic, finely chopped spring onions, mustard, honey etc?

on Arugula salad i just love good olive oil but it have to be a good kind and lemon zest and salt and pepper

i always use Jamie Oliver's the best salad dressing: olive oil, a bit of honey, fresh lemon juice, a bit of mustard - you can add or delete any components time to time) By the way i love chicken wings in honey and mustard dressing! the best thing ever;-)i also like garlic and black pepper in salads.
