Started doing 5:2 again. Got a good idea from book for fasting days. Have watered down protein powder mix every couple of hours. Keeps me full and way under calories. Bit more to it than that, involving alchemical mixes of teas,fruit juices and brain pills, lol. Cant go into details as not my plan

Seems to be working judging by the slack on my trouser waistline. ( Had a disagreement with my scales so waiting to get some more )
