I started 3 days ago, so i'm the newbie here haha! I have tried and only managed a couple of days before but i wasn't taking it seriously, now i am and somehow, this time it feels different! It's been great so far and I've learnt that its just about changing habits so you can still have little naughty moments, can't give up the alcohol girls!

Getting on for 4 months now for me (on slimming world). Still really like it, enjoy the food, I am a bit limited on exercise but that should be sorted in time so just taking it a day at a time and doing what I can. Hoping for a really good run up to Christmas now when I hope to have the majority of the weight off. Best of luck with your journey Hayley xxx

Well done on your weight loss, your doing great! as for exercise; a little bit every day will do the world of good, something is always better than nothing. Good luck with your weight loss up till christmas, look forward to hearing from you Marie and thank you

I've been working on it about 3 months but was dieting before I got pregnant with my baby as well. I think the "naughty moments" are important! They keep us from overindulging later. Best of luck to you!
