almost 6 pm this is the hardest time of the day for me...no alcohol to look for to relax a bit ...
Thank you for this thread. I am feeling so lost and confused right now. I really think I need to start small and make a plan. So this week I pledge to write down my goals and plans for the next month.

. As long as you know what the bigger picture of what you want for your health is you will get there.
Its not about being skinny but being healthy

Okay, pledging in! I'll do NO white carbs for the rest of the week, until Sunday. That's only a few days and I've been on a bit of a binge last week and need to get cleaned up! I think I actually gained weight last week.

lost 2 pounds !!!
i think cutting sugars alcohol and carbs reducing me water retention but hey i take the 2 pounds
since i had gain 5 since my injury only 3 do go

Wake up with a massive headache !!! must be the no having sugars so far ! ate tons of veggies last night for dinner
