I have started to cook more Asian dishes and I am finding that we are actually lowering our calorie intake, especially when we eat these for dinner. I make it all myself, so I know exactly what goes into it and other than sometimes eating more rice that we want, everything is fresh and healthy. We used to "call out for Chinese" when we needed junk food, but now that I am making more of it at home, it seems to be a really good, healthy alternative!
