I probably don't eat enough fish, I tend to go through phases where I enjoy it then I just go off it! Don't know why.
You could always take an omega 3 fish oil supplement?

At least two portions of fish each week, one of which should be an oily fish, are necessary for a healthy, well-balanced diet. The majority of us don't consume this much. A serving weighs about 140g.
