Hey
You will notice that clothes would appear looser on you, you'll be needing a new pair of jeans as the the pair your brought from M&S a few weeks ago don't fit.
You need to add extra holes in belts
or in my case "hang on i urgently need a new pair of jeans and having to buy a new pair as they've fallen lose round the supermarket and you cant be assed to honk em up for 80th time today.

I just get so pissed off with having to buy new jeans every couple of weeks. I have thrown away two pairs of jeans and one pair will be thrown away in a few weeks.

I try not to step on the scale too often and the reason for this is that I find I'm more motivated to lose weight when I'm not checking it. I can usually tell I'm losing weight by my belt. If I can move to the next notch I've lost a few pounds! How often do you weigh yourself?
that's very clever.
me i check my weight when i see a weighing scale. usually once a month.

Well, weighing scales is not the only way. I recently read an article 'Weight Loss Trackers – The Perfect Way to Monitor Your Progress'. There are different ways to keep a track of your progress. Fitness tracker and calculating BMI are some popular ways.

Check using weight watcher or any weight loss app.

The scales in our house have been rendered useless. I only get weighed at Slimming World and that's it.

I know I'm losing weight cause my shirts are baggier and I'm going to have to make another notch on my belt!

I just weigh myself twice a week. But I am keeping simple factor that I am using same machine everytime, so I get exact numbers.
