I didn't know that WaterPik sold nasal attachments. I thought they were only for teeth. What a good idea Avocado! Sinus infections are horrible and when I have them they keep me up all night. I hope you feel better soon, 20togo.

Yoghurt, fermented foods , such as miso soup or sauerkraut..

Good book to read

Good Gut Healing , by Kathryn Marsden at library , talks about subject in depth , and is very important, because the good gut bacteria is killed as well as the bad which can affect our whole system and our WEIGHT !,

Antibiotics can save your life, however it can affect your weight as well..

I just lost 4 stone was shocked that I'm putting I on weight, even though I'm eating the same..
in my case I was given it three times in three months though

What is it that they give cattle to fatten them Up?
Antibiotics of course...
however they are life savers and that is more important I will always take them if told to do so by my Dr

This was to be a reply to someone else, yoghurt must have live cultures in order to be effective
