Bananas Yuk!

Does anyone else struggle eating bananas? It's a good source of food and pre workout food but I can't stand the texture, I've added banana too my shakes but I think I automatically associate the 'texture' and can't stand the taste.

I only like bananas if they are unripe and green. If they go too ripe then I hate the texture. Have you tried mashing one and mixing with peanut butter? Frozen bananas are so yummy too

I've had one in a shake but the taste gets to me every time yet I know I really should consider them for pre workout/run!

My husband likes them green, but I prefer them really ripe and soft and sweet. Freezing them is a great idea, it's almost like a dessert that way!! If it's the texture you don't like, you might not be able to get around it though...

I've never eaten one green, I thought they were poisonous I really dislike them, but they're ok on toast! Just made smoothies with them and struggled to drink it!

I can't eat them at all. I don't like the taste and if I put it in a smoothie or shake that is all I'm tasting. They are good for you but sorry I can't eat them. It doesn't matter how I try to hide it I can always taste them.

I love bananas! I pull them apart and eat them. I cut them up and add them to my cereal, ice cream and other things. My daughter loves to slice them and put the slices on her peanut butter toast.
