I'm trying to clean up my eating and though a food diary would help me! It means you can all poke me if I'm being naughty
Today's been better than normal, but I had a couple of slip ups and had an easy tea as my friend came over and I was starving
B: bran flakes
S: malteasers bar, granola bar
L: wholemeal pitta with beetroot/cannelini bean/mint hoummus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and beetroot
S: costa mocha cooler
D: pizza with olives
So it's not been amazing, but it's better than a normal work day for me! I'm hoping stopping choosing easy foods all the time will help me drop a few more lbs to take me to my next target, which is between 2 and 5lbs away dependent on the rubbish I've eaten the day before!
