I've heard of it but not tried it.
I'm not a fan of sweeteners either unless it's in a recipe and then I use Silver Spoon Sweetness & Light. In coffee and tea etc I still use sugar

I've never heard of Xylitol so I don't know where I would buy it. I can get Stevia from the supermarket though and I have discovered, now that it's becoming more popular, that they sell it in tubs, which makes it more economical than buying it in little packets. It's natural as it's derived from plants, so I'm happy.

Stevia is the most natural and healthy sweetener all over the world. People who suffer from diabetes can also use it. The problem with taste has to do with the quantity you use. In many products and packs it is 300 times sweeter than sugar. When you add the same quantity as sugar, it leaves a bitter taste.
