...not lost anything

Just kidding. But seriously, how much are you guys losing a week/month? Just looking for an average to measure myself against

I consider myself to be doing really good if I finish the month off with anything over 5 pounds. They say you should only lose about 2 pounds per week so I'd say anywhere from 5-10 would be a good amount to aim for. You want to give your skin a chance to bounce back, you know?

I have lost much slower than 2 per week or 8-10 per month, but I have some hormonal issues going on that are slowing me down. Still, I've lost about 12 pounds since the first of the year. We're about what, 10 or 11 weeks into the year? So I guess I've averaged around a pound a week.

I lose about 4-5 pounds every two weeks. I could be doing better, but I haven't been trying hard enough lately. I was doing better at first...

1% of bodyweight if overweight, dropping to perhaps 1/2 % or less when you get lean. For V overweight people, you can probably manage a bit higher for the first month or two, good for motivation and compliance, then dial it back a bit so the fat loss (you should be planning to lose fat, not muscle) is steady but consistent

Good luck

I am totally random in my weight loss, and often have unexpected gains or losses. I gained weight for two weeks and then had a surprise big loss last week.
