Well done on shedding those pounds and half pounds everyone!

Another 2lbs off for me this week (even after I completely mucked up on my Healthy Extras over the weekend - shows I should check and double check)

5lbs off on my first week back! 5lb to go to get to what I was 3 days on the treadmill too

Had my weigh in yesterday - really re-evaluated my SW plan and planned everything, very happy that I did as I managed a 4lb loss - so it's 21lbs off so far and hope to get my club 10 (10% of starting weight) by the end of the month, can't wait xx

Kiwi ... Laugh or cry hmmm have you been naughty or don't know why? x

I've lost 4-5lbs on morning 6 of detox. I was paying less attention to the scales because I've been targeting muscle mass although I knew I needed to drop some lbs this is probably the right amount minimum I'm happy! I'm keeping going now to lose some despite being told to stop a while ago I'm not where I want to be ... I want to drop slowly until I'm happy when I'm comfortable with my measurements I will stop.
