Well done everyone! All doing fab!

Not doing this stupid 5:2 diet anymore, haven't lost for the last 3 weeks!
Gonna just go back to counting calories normally.

So fed up AF is here again this week but still expected to hit my 3stone mark, one measly pound is all I'm asking!!

Bah!

Kiwi might be your body has got used to it? Good luck back on calorie counting. Hows exercising going? I'm back on it good style for the 10k so I'm not going to pay all of my attention on the scales and concentrate on inches and how my clothes are fitting I think.

I'm changing my goal a little!

Yeah I wonder that too, Wobbs. Might be a good idea for me to change things up a bit! Calorie counting going good so far, and I'm feeling positive about this week!

Exercise is going great, I'm loving it. My gym has just been refurbed too, so there's kettle-bells and everything now which is GREAT! It's amazing the difference, when I think back to last year. So at least that's keeping me going

Yeah definitely start focusing on inches, especially as you're gonna be training more now. If you lose weight it's a bonus
