Hi everyone,
I have returned from my months holiday touring France and had my first SW weigh in yesterday (weds). I am delighted to report I lost 2lbs during my four weeks away. I ate lots of treats (mama nova chocolate puds sadly or luckily not available in the UK, lemon tart, choc tart, choc brioche, marshmallows by the bucket full and three icecreams. I love icecream but do not have a gallbladder so have to be careful I do not over do them!) didn't drink much alcohol as I can take it or leave it fortunately but I did some cycling and a lot of dog walking.
Now I will have a read and see what you have all been up to 😊

Well done Rachael That's very well done while you were away. Congratulations!
After my horrific 8lbs on while I was ill I have lost 5lbs this week so that's a good chunk of it gone again. Another good week this week and I should get rid of that ridiculous gain Good luck everyone! x

That's fab Marie! Well done you.
Last Wednesday I had a 1/2lb GAIN
Not sure how this week is going either as my sister turned 50 on the 9th October and I have had chocolate birthday cake and three glasses of wine that I have not allowed for! Hmmm.
I am not going to 'lose the plot' ....this is my mantra LOL

I'm sure that the weight will soon drop off again, Rachael. Sometimes my body would hang onto the weight for a while and it would then drop off all at once!

Today is Monday, already, and last weeks weigh in which was Wednesday morning, I had a one pound loss so I was ahead again.
This week I will try and remember to check in here on Wednesday afternoon.
Last Thursday I joined an exercise group to do a class called Stabilise. It is a mix of TaiChi, Pilates and Yoga. Boy oh boy am I out of shape! I have a back problem as I slipped a disc eight years ago...the first time and again three years ago this month. I so need to build some muscle and shape up, not only for vanitys sake but for strength.
Here're hoping you are all having a great week.

Back again! I weighed in class yesterday and I had a 1/2lb loss. It is coming off slowly but at least it is coming off.
This morning I am returning for my second visit of Stabilise.
