Social Slimmers 2014 Weigh-In Thread

Thank you! I can't believe it!

Weighed this morning as it's my official weigh day and lost another 1 lb as it was first thing in the morning. Down to 8 stone 1.6 now (113.6 lbs) OMG! I'm only 5 foot so it's not too bad but my father in law told me I had lost too much weight and not to lose any more. I don't want to lose any more now. I am going to focus on fitness and building some muscle now

I was 115.6 lbs this morning, so I put 2 lbs on this week. Not surprised as I have been a piggy and I do need to get to the gym!

Just 1 lb off for me this week. Though amazed it's that much - last couple of days of being back on it seemed to have done the trick Totally back on it now, hope for a really good loss this week.
