Abs Diet

I have been following the Abs Diet, which is more a lifestyle change, for most of the last 2 decades. I did have a few years where I quit and I put on some serious weight. It really does make losing weight easy, because it tells you what foods to eat and in what combinations in order to lose weight. It gives you exercises as well. There are several supporting books too including a cookbook and a book telling you what the healthiest options are at 100's of your favorite restaurants. Has anyone else read this book?

I've not heard of that one! What does it involve? I'm always on the look out for new things to try! (and then normally don't follow them )

I have not heard of it before, either. I am very curious to know more about it though. It sounds like a diet worth trying.
