For a man, row machines

I don't know anyone who has used a rowing machine before but I would think as long as you are active you are still burning calories. How good are these? Has anyone here used one before? I am thinking about getting one for my husband.

My PT said the rower burns a lot of calories and is most popular in the gym for that reason so of course I love it

Stircrazy has one in the spare room but I can never use it, different machines I find annoying and like what I'm use to at the gym!

He ended up beating me to the punch and ordered one online from Amazon. So far he enjoys it and I have not tried it yet because I want to finish up my 8 week challenge first. As of today I am another 1.2lbs. lighter!

Glad he is enjoying it. I love the rower at the gym.
