Ive ended up taking a laid back approach to it all and eat what I fancy when I want it, as soon as my brain hears the word diet it goes into overdrive and wants to eat everything in sight

my main cheat is a Friday night though, kids go to their dads so we go to the pub and get takeaway on the way back! Usually Indian or Chinese, but I'll try and do it a bit healthier! Last night I wasn't too hungry so had a couple of veg samosas and ate the salad that came with! If we get Chinese it's noodles and beansprouts!
