Aaron0669 like Kiwifrootkai mentioned above its more like a life style afterward once you achieve the weight lost you want you can reduce the fast day by just one . right now i am doing to fast day about 600 cals a day ( monday and Thursday ) and then the other day i eat about 1800 cals a day . i think once i am at my weight goal i may just do one fast a week and probably could up my other days cals as well . As i am exercising so . its really a way of living .
