The Werewolf Diet
It's also knows as the Full Moon Diet and the Lunar Diet. I thought this was a joke but apparently it's a real diet that people are following. The article says that Demi Moore and Madonna both follow this plan. Have they ever even needed to lose weight?
The premise of the diet is that if you drink a lot of fluids at the full moon, it will work with the moon's gravitational pull to help flush out your body and that people can lose up to six pounds of water weight overnight. Sounds crazy to me. Losing that much fluid overnight can also be dangerous!
Here's the article

I am not sure I would try something like that. I love anything to do with the idea of a wolf but I am not quite sure I can agree with this, it just seems too odd for me.

Where in the world do these celebrities get the ideas for these diets? I imagine they must be paying quite a lot of money for crazy advice. Looking at recent photos of Madonna, I'd say she needs to gain some weight, not lose anything.

6lb overnight?! I don't believe that one for a second gona read the article now, but if it's as simple as drinking loads I'm totally goin to try it! Tbh though, with the pull of the moon thing, they do say more babies are born around a full moon supposedly due to the moon making waters break!

Ok I'm confused, is it just a case of increasing liqui consumption or following a liquid diet for a couple of days?! I'm gona look into it more and if it's not too complicated try it! Or at least drink a load of water and see!

Wow, I had never heard of this one before. Just when you think you've seen it all, I stand corrected! Sounds like a black magic thing to me, but I could be wrong.

An I agree about Madonna, I really hate seeing under weight famous people, it's unattractive.

She really could do with putting some weight on, she looks ill! And whilst she's putting weight on, she could put some more clothes on too

Wow this sounds crazy! I thought it was going to be some cannibal diet or something when I read the title! It doesn't sound like a healthy amount of water weight to lose overnight though.
