So I'm finally taking dieting seriously. Before, I just fitted in with Charls and ate pretty much what she did but wasn't losing anything (if anything I put on weight) because I was cheating at work (with food, not charls lol)? I always work through my lunch so often ended up with cafe food (or something just as unhealthy). I need some recommendations for diets that fit in with work and don't starve your brain (it's hard enough to concentrate as it is lol).
