Excuse me @ cafe food
LOL. I said 'often', not all the time (or when you do food). Fbf mum doesn't do light food and I do often end up down the cafe

My problem is I'm always hungry lol.

What about pasta salads? Mug shots are handy, crackerbreads with cottage cheese are lovely and quick. Prepared fruit, melon, grapes etc. Bananas are filling for longer.

I like pasta salad, but isn't it high carb?

oooh lesson learnt lol On their own you could have them with a mug shot or something to bulk it out.
Is there a toaster there, and a microwave = Beans on toast? Or jacket and beans. You could put it on for 10 mins and go back to work til its done?

Pasta is free on SW - 2-3 times a week would be ok, if you dont have too much at home. Pasta is also filling and will keep you fuller for longer. Whole wheat pasta is best, if you like that.

Old fashioned calorie counting has always worked best for me, bit more relaxed I find because you can have whatever as long as you stay within your daily cals

I once done atkins diet for 3 months and it lost me great lb's and fast and my hunger left after a few days and I had no sweet/carb cravings at all. It's pretty hardcore for a few days though but it means you could eat nice dinners like steak, mushroom, onions, cauliflower cheese
