The last couple nights I've had dreams about eating. Last night it was spaghetti and the night before I was looking for a restaurant where I was meeting someone and I kept making plans about what I was going to eat when I got there.

Oh no! Are you starving yourself? I do dream about food at times. It is usually when I am hungry or when I go to bed hungry. If I'm not hungry then I don't dream of food. So tell me, are you are going to bed hungry?

Spaghetti isn't a bad choice with a home made bol but wondering as asked above if you are going to bed hungry?

I have the same problem (as others have said) when I go to bed hungry. That's one of the reasons I ignore the "don't eat after 8pm" rule and eat dinner right before bed. I hate laying down hungry!

I wouldn't say that I am going to bed hungry but I am not full either. I think it's because I've been thinking about food so much with this diet in mind and I've been looking through recipe books. So... while I am not really going to bed hungry, I guess you could say that I've been feeling deprived.

Tonight is actually spaghetti night in our place but I never dream about food. The last dream I actually had (and I seldom dream) is that someone broke into our house while we were in it and in the dream I shot the intruder.

Wow, I think the last time I had a dream about food, it was because I ate too much! But, I guess that the opposite could happen as well.

I don't remember the last time I had a dream about food was. But I know that whenever I do dream about food, I wake up hungry.

I dream about food too. I eat so much in my dreams! I also try not to go to bed hungry as it keeps me awake.
