Cheat Days

Do you guys have "cheat days" while you're dieting where you don't track points (if you're doing Weight Watchers), count calories, etc.? If you do have cheat days, how often do you have them?

I've always had cheat days, usually saturdays. It stopped me going crazy thinking I'd never eat "Fun" food again and having s big blow out!

I've always had cheat days but it depends what I'm doing to how much of a cheat day it is. It's always a Friday or Saturday.

I have cheat days, too, but I've had to do a "reality check" recently, because my cheat days have been turning into "cheat weekends" here lately. You cook something that's not "diet friendly" on Friday night and then wind up eating leftovers on Saturday and Sunday and next thing you know, you haven't done very well for about 2 1/2 days!

I have cheat days. I think I would go crazy if I didn't, but I limit my cheat days to every two weeks or so.

This happens to me sometimes. What I need to do is get smaller portions or just stop keeping the leftovers. It's too easy to derail multiple days. That said, I do think having a cheat day is helpful so I get a break and don't feel deprived all the time.

I try and stick to Fridays as a cheat day or just to relax a bit.
