Anyone heard of, or done, the Terri-Ann 123 diet?

As above really.

It was recommended to me today by a lady im on a course with. Her daughter joined the Terri-Ann 123 online plan in December last year and has lost almost 5.5st!!

Ive had a quick read up and its got good reviews, and they have a staggering 15K facebook followers!

Just wondered if anyone else had tried it, and could give me a better idea of meals etc.

Not heard of it until now but people seem to love it ... Think I'd consider it if I wasn't closer to my target!

I bought the book lol Im always looking for ways to boost my loss

Havent had chance to read it fully yet. From what i can see it is low low carbs, and very high protein. Its quite strict. You do Stage 1 for 10days, and this is the boost where you'll have the most loss. Some people on the FB site have lost 16lb in just that 10 days.
Stage 2 you introduce new foods to the stage 1 food list,
and stage 3 you swicth between stage 1 one week and stage three the next until you reach goal.

Thats as far as ive got in the book. I havent started it yet. Think it takes a lot of planning and orgainisation and motivation! But if you stick to it its proven to have good results x

No, im useless at updating it Kelly, but will def start and log all about this diet starting from monday. Just been and stocked up the freezer with fish and meat stuff. Not starting til Mon as we have a family BBQ on Sunday.

Quite looking forward to getting going. Still got a bit more of the book to read and plan - You can only have some things 2 or 3 times in the first 10 days so ive had to copy a chart (easier than getting the printer out from under the stairs!) so i can mark dowm what ive had.
So as you can see its a diet that needs a lot of time and commitment in the early days until u know what youre doing.

It sounds quite similar to dukan? My mum and sister did dukan and both lost quite a bit with it! I'm gona have a look into this one though, although I'm not sure how it would work with me being veggie!
