Doing Better with Eating Out!
I have to admit it -- I love to eat out! I know it's one of the things that has really been holding me back, though, so I resolved to cut back on it as much as possible this year. I did really well last week: I only ate out once! Of course, I know once a week is probably still too much, but that's a significant reduction from eating out every other day or so like we were doing last year.

Congrats, PaintedNails123. Any improvement is significant in my opinion -- no matter how big or small! I used to like dining out, too, but eventually we had to cut it out because of how much more it costs than spending that money in the grocery store. Now my primary problem is too much sugar!

Yay well done that's fab! I'm trying to do more home cooking this year rather than freezer meals, it all adds up really and I do actually feel loads better for it!

I found also cutting back on eating out made me feel better. If I overdo it I know about it also treats like Chinese made at home yourself so much nicer afterwards, no heavy greasy feeling.

That's great! I love to eat out too and it does make it harder to lose weight and save money. Wobbles, I've never tried making Chinese food at home other than an occasional stir fry; was it challenging to learn?

Good job folks! I know it's tough not to eat out these days because if you turn on the TV for one second, they are flashing big juicy burgers, fried chicken, and pizza in your face 24/7. So, if you can make sure that you curb that practice down, I give you credit!

Good for you! (:
It can be tough. We all crave fast food or foods from our favorite restaurants from time to time. It's not always a bad thing, as long as we do it in moderation.

Once a week is great. You can just order healthy food when you are out. Everything in moderation right? I need to bring my lunch more often at work. I order out too often.

Oh I made myself sound really good I just make chicken fried rice with mayflower curry sauce, it's really nice, filling but not that heavy greasy feling left afterwards
Slimming world have some chinese recipes, I believe they have a book for take away style foods actually.

That is great! It is so much more healthy and cheaper than eating out lots.
