Lemon (I add to green tea) - you could put on chicken too
Chilli - I use on chicken and even in scrambled eggs nom, boost metabolism
Dairy fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt and cheese helps bones and fire up weight loss
Eggs build muscle and burn fat
Coffee is a metabolism booster but obviously with sugar that isn't so great lol
