I know it totally goes against the tone of the forum, but...

After the food shop I've just done I'm expecting to be back in the 9s it made me realise how little I eat now tbh, compared to a few years back when that wouldn't have been far off an average weeks shop!

I'll be trying not to gain anything but it may be inevitable! The edibles are inevitable.

Yes, water and more water. It does help. Hopefully not too much damage is done but we can get back on track if we have to.
