Dieting teas

I've always heard about the benefits of dieting teas, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm a big tea drinker and usually swap out different teas throughout the day. Does anyone else here have a favorite dieting tea? There are so many to choose from that it's a little overwhelming!

The only dieting tea that I'm familiar with is green tea; I didn't realize there were a bunch of them out there. Do they really work?

I too only know of green tea and actually I believe it does help. I have it with 1 sweetener and a slice of lemon

There are a number of specially-formulated dieting teas. I've tried one or two from the grocery store, but they tasted a bit too grassy. A local higher-end store has a number of fasting teas. One's oolong, another is herbal (kind of a minty blend), and another is yerba mate. I've stuck to green tea for years for the health benefits, but I feel like trying something different. I think I might go with the yerba mate. Apparently it's on par with coffee!

I have heard that green tea helps to boost the metabolism. That is the only tea I have heard of that is a dieting kind of tea.
