Gum and candy

I am trying to curb my hunger and snacking habits by chewing gum. My problem is that I also like to eat hard candy! I know it has calories. Anyone know of any candy that doesn't have calories? Is it okay to chew gum all day long?

After you chew gum for a certain amount of time, the flavor and calories will be gone from it. Your jaw might be worn out from chewing it all day.

I like Werther's sugar-free hard candies. They are pretty tasty for when you just want a little something. They have 40 calories each so that adds up.

It's find that you got all day, but you may find that your job gets very tired! I find that I get fed up of chewing gum after a while!

I don't keep the same piece of gum in. That is the problem! I probably go through a big pack of gum every day. I seem to only chew it while I'm at work. When I'm at home I don't want to munch on food so I don't need to chew gum!

We tend to find low sugar low calorie candies to snack on. Now I seldom use them but I still buy them for my husband. I am not that big into candy anymore I guess. No gum here either.
