So everyone knows the big name proven diets, but wondering what other diets everyone has tried and what results you got from them?
I tried the juice cleansing thing until someone reminded me just how much sugar was in all that fruit. I also tried the soup diet and that worked really well. Unfortunately I put weight on after I stopped and it didn't work so well the next time I tried.
Fad diets maybe fads, but some must work. What have you tried?
