Vitamin supplements

I am interested in what everyone is taking (if anything). I started a multvitamin supplement for women and it seems to have everything included. It doesn't provide enough vitamin D, though, so I have to take extra for that.

I don't usually take any as lots aren't suitable for breastfeeding. I did take the Pregnacare ones but they're so expensive.

I take a multivitamin every day plus a few other supplements. Vitamin D, glucose health and a digestive enzyme are part of my regimen. I'm not sure you can get an all inclusive multivitamin.

I take B vitamins to help boost my metabolism, along with gingko biloba. I've been taking this regimen for almost a year now, and I've found that it helps me feel like I have more energy throughout the day.

One of the most important things is vitamin d3 as it will boost your metabolism, give you immunity, and energy. I'm taking vitamin c, and vitamin d3 right now. I'm looking at the Dr. Vita multivitamins because they have so much more in there.

I'm not presently taking any multivitamins or specific supplements, although I have been researching different brands of the multivitamins to see which one is best. I know I should be taking one everyday, so I plan to start soon.
