How do you deal with bad days?

First, let me say that I have always struggled with eating more so than with exercising. In other words, I like to workout but I don't particularly like to eat healthy. Anyways, I had been doing fairly well in spite of that ... until today. Today was not a good "diet day" for me and I wound up not only eating too much in terms of calories but also too much "junk." I feel so guilty now! How do you guys deal with that?

I tend to remind myself that it's a marathon and not a sprint! And also that one bad day isn't bad as long as you get back on it the next day - that's the hard part

I'm the opposite, I would rather diet than workout (more because of health problems). I think with me I *know* I'm going to slip up... for example tonight I'm planning of having several drinks and probably eat something I shouldn't, but I know I've been good for most of the week and I'll wake up tomorrow back on it. For me personally, as long as I don't get stuck in a rut or do it too regularly I try not to get too hung up on bad days. As PP said it's a marathon; as long as I get to where I want to be eventually I'm ok with that

I usually end up going off track for the whole day but the key is to make sure you get straight back on track the next day

I eat raw vegetables and low fat dip when I want to pick!
