My goal is to not to put on anymore between now and 2014 I think at the rate I'm going at the moment that's all I can wish for LOL.

Maybe my new years resolution will be to get more active and maybe join a gym, but more cardio than weights

I want to improve my eating habits; I don't eat enough fruits or veggies, whether they are fresh, frozen, canned, whatever. Starting this week, I have been setting tiny goals of "one serving per day," which will increase every week until I am finally up to the 5-9 you are supposed to be eating everyday. This week, I bought oranges to have with breakfast everyday and next week, I'll incorporate a vegetable in with dinner in addition to that. In week three, I'll add in a second fruit everyday and then in week four, I'll add in a second veggie, etc.
