This is such an interesting thread. I too always thought that eating at the end of the day was bad. I guess it comes from thinking of food as fuel and that it needs to be burned up by the end of the day. I suppose it's a little old school considering what we are learning these days. But it challenges many preconceived thoughts on calories, burning, etc.

I can easily go without eating until noon - 1 pm so maybe I will give this a try. I certainly understand calories but calculating protein/ fat/ carbs is confusing. Is this one of those 40% - 30% - 30% calculations? It seems more complicated to me.
